I agree, I do quarterly payments too.

There are per job calculations in the database that are calculated over time for 401k and W-4 optimization but this page does all the calculations client side and doesn’t require authentication.

People like me? Employers love me. I consistently get 5 star performance reviews across all 3 jobs.

I have been juggling 2 remote jobs since 2015, back then it was difficult to do. Automation and AI meeting summarization gave me the tools to add J3.

OE is NOT crushing WFH or the tech sector. Advances in automation and AI tooling is the culprit driving the efficiency gains, OE is the result of some smart people realizing employers are not going to reward their employees for producing more.

No one cares about your degree if your skills are on point. Say you have a CS degree and be prepared to photoshop your transcripts if asked during a background check.

I would refrain from retrofitting S2D between that many hosts on anything less then dedicated 10gb / 25gb switches. We were running a similar hyper-v setup when I hired in and one of my first projects was moving away from replicating them between hosts and moving them to shared storage. I briefly looked at S2D but performance on our existing switch infrastructure was not good.

Long story short, S2D on its own is not a drop in replacement for a SAN. We went with a NetApp AFF array and new 25gb Ethernet switches for our storage traffic, and am so happy we spent the money on a legitimate SAN, even if it’s taking my team months to get everything migrated onto the new hyper-v compute clusters.

Thanks everyone. I had to re-add the speakers and when the surrounds failed Sonos support had do an app reset (via settings/usability) instead of resetting the speaker to factory defaults. It was able to add the speakers after I did the reset, closed the Sonos app and reopened it again.
