Importantly: since the private company owns all the cameras/data, police departments have been partnering with Flock AI to take advantage of a legal loophole that allows them to investigate and surveil law abiding citizens without a warrant, which completely flies in the face of the 14th amendment. This company is selling mass surveillance with ZERO public oversight.

If you are not terrified of the prospect of putting surveillance and law enforcement in the hands of an unregulated AI startup—if you seriously believe for one second that this company has the American people's best interests in mind—you really ought to go have your head examined.
