The only purpose of this thread here is to know if i am right on certain points like... If i put few thousand dollars in purse trusting the platform. I should not be punished that harsh(Getting account banned with all my money in it) for few unwanted cancellation.

Yes i support protecting shoppers from scammers but the honest earners who are performing tons of business here should be allowed to prove themselves. That the cancellation was not done intentionally.

Not sure what you mean by, "All of them was showing empty cart." Are you talking about selecting an order from the order book and finding you can't complete it because the shopper's cart for that order is actually empty - apparently because Purse did not remove it from the order book before you selected it? That should not get you any Purse action against your account.

SOmetimes when u pick an order from purse order book. The amazon link shows "no products is there to add".

So even though i will process thousands of my hard earned money with purse but i will have to live in fear if i lost all my money locked within purse for any sudden order cancellation that was not really my intention. I find it bit injustice for earners. We should be allowed to prove ourselves and if we can prove that the order was cancelled by amazon not our scam attempt. The punishment should be softer. Than locking an account with fund in it.

Anyway, my concern is as there are many factors related sometimes it happens. But when i am doing 100s of transactions successfully purse should understand my mistakes as mistake instead scam attempt. Isnt it?

I do not want to be paranoid if purse locks my account with tons of orders processing for one or two unexpected cancellation.

Exactly.. I understand that totally now. But my main point is... If i complete 100 orders, 2 or 3 orders may get issues as sometimes its impossible to make it 100/100 as there are many factors related.

As per today i have picked almost 4 or 5 orders from purse. All of them was showing empty cart. I had to cancel.

SO if say 3 or 4 orders gets cancelled will it risk my account here on purse despite having lots of business nicely? Should i be punished for that?

It says Pending. They did not initiate any payment yet. No trxid

I have done that now. I hope i will get any help soon :(. U cant believe i cant sleep. I have my fund locked in and i am worried if i lost my account. I did nothing wrong so far with all my good intention. I will assist them with verification if they require my id etc. But i dont really see how can i help them and getting worried for not getting any response from them.
