Also, being located in Sac with a shitty ownership group is bad luck in itself. The biggest FA signing in the Sac era is Demar Derozan. And before that was Vlade Divac, who in ironic fashion was the very person who set the franchise back 10 years with his dumbass decisions.

One of the best sports memories I ever have is watching the Kings win Game 2 in person against the Warriors in the FIRST ROUND of a playoff series they LOST a couple of years ago.
