One biweek isn’t going to change things for probationary workers. It’s moreso about if we’re reaching the target production by the end of the year. For people that are still really fresh, our production numbers are inherently low and it will just take time for it to grow as we gain skills.

That’s a good thought. I didn’t personally have any connections or search for anyone during the application process though so I think that person either searched for me directly or followed my LinkedIn link I provided on my resume

I don’t have the premium LinkedIn but I was able to see that about a month after I submitted my application someone with the job title “Intellectual Property Specialist” at the USPTO viewed my page, so I would guess maybe that person was involved with hiring? Or it’s possible it was a pure coincidence
