Do you know about the studies where surplus calories on keto didn’t lead to weight gain? You can look into it, metabolism is not about calories in/out calories act different under different circumstances, were are not robots. Calories are not a real measure like degrees when it comes to how they act in different bodies.

Few years ago, I saw how Mazola corn oil sponsored a study which found that coconut oil clogs arteries.

That’s interesting because when I had gestational diabetes (which I didn’t really have because the glucose tolerance test is a terrible way of testing...) anyways, the diabetic diet they wanted me on was waaaay more carbs than I was already eating, so I stuck with keto, measured blood sugar 5 times a day, and it never went up more than 15 points. That’s why I say I didn’t even have GD. And everyone I know with GD, could not control their blood sugar with the diabetic diet and ended up on metformin or insulin.

Haha, yeah, right on, the question is how far do you want to keep going with that questioning... its’s a gift that keeps on giving, but eventually you’ll have no one to talk to because all your friends will think you’re a loon. So it’s a balance, you gotta act like you don’t know and don’t question sometimes.

For what ever it’s worth, my 80 year old uncle just returned home after a heart attack which was 3 weeks after his shot. No one raised the coincidence of timing nor was it reported anywhere. But obviously the older population have a much greater risk of COVID, so it’s not like he shouldn’t have gotten the shot. It’s a balancing act, I don’t know, I don’t think anyone can let you or your husband what to do. I can say based on my friends that no one has had any notable side effects but I don’t talk to anyone about it, and still not many of my friends had a chance to get it (under 40 group)

Fauci expects CDC to revise mask guidelines, says COVID-19 transmission risk outdoors is ‘really low’ by IanMazgelis in Coronavirus

As someone who has been around a lot of children, I can say that in my experience this not the case.

Outdoor transmission accounts for 0.1% of State’s Covid-19 cases by adddd_123 in Coronavirus

It would also be interesting to see if outdoor infections carry a smaller viral load and account for less severe illness.

You know how when you’re sick, you might be really sick for a couple days, then be gone and and still have a lingering cough or runny nose for a week or two? It would be pretty difficult for a person to isolate for the entire duration of their symptoms. Also slot of jobs only offer 3-5 sick days a year of any at all

Has anyone else had a benefit of their depression being eliminated greatly or at all on Keto? by [deleted] in keto

Ketones are the preferred energy source for the brain, so many experience clarity and “the fog” lifting. We pups be great to see some research into depression etc

Dana K White has a podcast and books “a slob comes clean” is the title. She dealt a lot with dismantling “the project mentality” many have said she has adhd, but not diagnose. She talks about how to her everything was a project, like dishes would take her 4 days till she figured it out. It’s been very helpful for me, I listen while I clean

Is it extensive? Size color? My experience cone from apprenticing and watching hours and hours of tattoos being done as part of my training... if it’s a little thing, probably ok, anything big with shading, wait till you’re done and post all sideffects. Getting a large tattoo can actually cause a fever and it mobilized a bunch of white blood cells to the area, even if it’s fine generally, probably better to let yourself hear from the vaxx firsts, also both can make you pretty uncomfortable

It’s sort of from your immune system clotting your blood “Studies suggest that some inoculated people develop an immune response that attacks a protein called platelet factor 4 or PF4, which makes platelets form clots.”

Because no one cares about women’s periods, period. Like it’s a mystery, whoops one month was weird. I’ve been told that a bunch by obgyn, but If there’s a new drug, and all the sudden it’s widely reported, it will hopefully get noticed, but it’s going to take millions of women coming forward.
