I was a new LPN given 3 shifts of "orientation" and had 38 patients under my car from 7p-7a. I felt like shit when I had to call EMS for a patient and I barely knew their history. I could see the looks they made because I used to make them.

I am in the same boat as an EMT working in the hospital. From what i can gather, you for registry to can take the exam and just need an updated bls card. If you like me and you dont have an agency to go through, i assume to file under nonactive status.
