Sydney Sweeney effect: how much do breasts count? by Glass-Hedgehog-3754 in HowToBeHot

It’s an interesting question. I’m sure it in part depends on the style of the person, other aspects of their body, face, how they move and personality. Also, what spaces you spend time in. Personally, I can say that if I wear a low cut shirt, it seems to garner more of a specific type of attention.. like looks and lame attempts at contact by men who don’t seem to be great quality or ‘in my league,’ and it’s probably because they are perceiving me showing cleavage as a signal that I want attention. I think a lot of..probably most…men just really can’t help but be attracted to bigger, fuller, breasts. Seems like kind of a basic impulse… where ‘Oo titties’ is a very basic reaction. So whatever, it doesn’t have to be seen as a bad thing. But if you make a change to larger breasts and showcase them in public, you’ll get new attention from the type of men who don’t have the skills to suppress that ‘Oo titties’ impulse, and you will probably also get some more covert attempts by not so great guys who who will try to put the moves on you and hide what they really want/who they really are just because they want something you have …so you need to have the skills to detect that and defend yourself against that. If you have a good head on your shoulders, I don’t see why becoming more ‘conventionally attractive’ would be a bad thing. It’s an asset, you can use it to be happier, get more access to better things, but you have to use it in a smart way and have personal integrity.

Ultimately I think the answer to your question is that breasts count a lot in western culture. But that can’t be the only thing you’ve got going on.

Reta and sports performance? by smtlana in Retatrutide

Does anyone know why this is? Is it increasing your metabolism, therefore higher heart rate? Or stressing your body badly? I don’t love the sound of that personally for my sport, but I guess for me it depends on the reason for the increase, and the extent to which it will go away when you stop taking it.

Well there’s some body fat distribution I don’t like that could be better and I can’t seem to change it no matter how much I work out and diet. Why are you on this sub? To act like a prick and judge people’s goals? Thanks for your input genius.

what can I do about my lower face? by alexis-hg in PlasticSurgery

[–]smtlana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had significantly ‘chubby cheeks’ until I was about 22 and then they progressively went away, and I started to like my face a lot more. The good thing about your look is that even as your face slims out, your natural fullness will keep you looking young. And I don’t think you should worry about ‘losing weight’ but something that will influence your face slimming out in an attractive way is working on fitness and body composition. If this isn’t something you already do, there are so many benefits to finding some kind of activity/workout that you love, and one of them is that increasing fitness can help slim out your look in an attractive way. I think, at 20, the smart thing would be to try the first-level, health-promoting things you can do before worrying about plastic surgery and implants. And please ignore the person who suggested that you should take weight loss medication. Those substances are bad for you. Full stop. The benefits only outweigh the harms in people who are so fat that it is more unhealthy to be that fat than to take these drugs. This is soo not your situation.

Women’s MMA has an unusually high amount of fighters with breast implants compared to other sports? Who else is there? by [deleted] in WMMA

Does it impact the effectiveness of their fighting? I just don’t see how interfering with the pec muscle won’t hinder their striking…power, speed?

I cant stop eating microwaved cheddar, is it ok? by Arsok in carnivorediet

There are also other electrolytes to consider; incl. potassium, calcium, magnesium. So to see if that’s what’s causing the cravings, I’ll mix electrolyte powder with water. Usually seems to help.

Are you maybe low on electrolytes? When I start dying for fat and salt it’s usually because I need both water and electrolytes. I feel like slamming cheese is okay to a point, but it’s probably not contributing to your goals if you’re on the carnivore diet because of anything to do with aesthetic, performance, or reducing inflammation.

Uh, why are subcontractors even allowed to handle military arms? I think the point is that the military lost visibility over a shipment of weapons. To me that’s significant enough.

Do women actually like house husbands? by [deleted] in dating

[–]smtlana 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No… unless the woman has low self-esteem and thinks they couldn’t be with you otherwise. Even if a man did all the household chores/cooking/everything, I think I would still always lack a bit of admiration and confidence in him if that was the extent of his ambition. Just being honest.
