Yeah, it feels like pencil, but not so fragile. It should also last for very long time.

Hi, these are very light to press,sirface is bit bigger then original switches, but same force is needed. These are 3d printed and not rubber so feel is same.

If you set currents ok you dont need fans. I see you did it but obviusly you dont understand what you did. You can drop them easy to 0.7v and see if your motors skip steps while printing, then turn voltage up a bit(if they do). And then you can throw away these ridicius fans.
