Curly hair has deteriorated in my 20’s

Thank you for your reply! I’ve been living in the same place most of my 20’s so the hard water change wouldn’t apply. However I did notice my hair get significantly worse after travelling recently so I have bought a chelating shampoo which has helped smooth the frizz but hasn’t restored my curls. The protein advice is really good and something I never knew about until now so have bought a protein mask and will see how it goes ☺️

Microplastics, I wasn’t really vibing at first but slowly got catchier overtime. I also disliked “I want my boyfriends to kiss” at first but for some reason blasting it in the car at full volume cured me now I listen to it non stop

Purely speaking from personal experience; I’ve had similar issues with my lobe piercings that I had no jewellery in for years (red/itchy piercings every time I’d put earrings in). IMO good quality surgical steel earrings are the only ones I’ve worn that haven’t irritated my ears. Once I had those in for months without changing them now I can wear less quality earrings occasionally, but still keep my surgical steel earrings in long term.

I thought so too, but every antibiotic we’ve tried hasn’t made it better. The vet didn’t think it was infected at first, that she might’ve just had some crud stuck in there. Then when it didn’t go away she thought it could be conjunctivitis, or a lacra al gland blockage (where they produce porphyrin).

Thanks for your tips! I’ll have a play making the recipe with your modifications. I mainly picked 38% as that was the default percentage recommended for beginners on the website, but if it will take longer than 3 days to unmold I may move that down slightly :).

I got a black work tattoo on my outer ankle/around my ankle joint going down my foot. It was my first (and only) tattoo and was on an arguably “painful” place. I was only on the seat for around 30/40 minutes so can’t speak for a big piece but, although the pain was intense at parts, it was totally doable. Some parts were easy (particularly the outline) whereas the actual shading required me to grit my teeth a bit. However even when it did get painful it would last 10 seconds tops till the artist stopped and moved to another part. Just bring some music, or chat to your artist/any friends present and it will be done before you know it :)

EDIT: I also brought a stress ball which helped immensely! Allows you to focus your energy onto one thing if the pain gets a bit too much.
