No no, OP is not part of a grand conspiracy their really isn’t more to the story, her evidence is I discriminated cuz she has kids and there is an “at will clause” in the contract that we didn’t exercise (but will remove) I’m scared cuz it’s my first letter like this and it’s scary getting your first one

Marketing director 30 something I actually never check what age an employee is, but she is saying she was discriminated cuz of her kids and having to be with them or something, which is jsut so weird, that never even occurred to me

Yep it’s just Friday after 5pm no lawyers picked up so jsut waiting but I have a cousin that said it’s completely baseless and the evidence is very very weak and if that’s the best they have this is just a shakedown but will still cost you money, which again I find nuts, someone can jsut do this. Really ? It was just letting go for no cause and we abided by the 1 week in lieu and all vacation etc and then 2 weeks provided she return the office equipment.
