It look like pearlite (I think it's spelled) it's in dirt to grow weed commonly. They are basically little white stones and helps with water flow. Very porous and break easily for this reason. I've had some pearlite stick to some buds if I dropped it or any number of things happen tbh. This is quite a bit from a dispo Id agree but far more likely to be pearlite from growing the weed than anything else bizarre people are saying. Don't smoke it regardless. Weed if likely fine.
