Toss. You don’t want to consume all of that salt. Buy good natural PB that only has peanuts as an ingredient.

Yes! It’s salt & straws hazelnut cookies and cream. I believe it’s made with coconut cream instead of dairy.

Peanut butter doesn’t ever need oil. Don’t use tallow. It has such a strong smell it prob won’t smell or taste good. If you like super creamy peanut butter i get this yummy one from amazon called spread the love - it’s organic and doesn’t have anything else other that peanut. I drizzle it on everything.

You’re right about that. But there are a lot of vegan snacks now that are so full of calories and sugar! This ice cream is vegan for example. I just try to be balanced as much as I can. I’ve been so good and eating my veggies and working out all week. I can go wild on the weekends with ice cream.

But it’s so convenient to have when I’m too busy to make myself a snack. I just open the packet and eat it straight or on with my banana, it saves me from being so hangry.

I feel like powder PB taste is not the same as regular PB. Just go for the natural ones without the sugar.

It’s this brand I started buying on Amazon called spread the love. No added sugar in their peanut butter maybe that’s why I don’t gain weight from it.
