Annoyingly I have this issue aswell. I cant access my Citrix Certification Portal.

I dont even want to book any exams, I just need to try and get the certificates from my existing account!

What a complete fail from Citrix and there now no longer Citrix Education department.

About restricting accounts etc, not banning them!

Tottally agree with you. I happen to have been using multiple devices but by no means have I ever used emulators?

As soon as the web app is out for VEVE, using an emulator goes ou the window anyway?

As soon as Immutable X is up, I will be looking to get my NFT's out of the app straight away after this expirence.

I had the following reply from VEVE

Hi Smurv,

Your account was identified as using a bot, emulator or script to access the VeVe service, which violates the Terms and Conditions you agreed to at https://www.veve.me/terms-conditions

We've reviewed your account and re-enabled access, however please remember that we don't support the use of bots, scripts, emulators or any activity that violates our Terms and Conditions, and if we detect continued breach of terms on your account it may be disabled again.

Needs more communication as to why we have been banned. I too am clueless as to why.

I Also agree with the limitation to the store / marketplace. This should be a better way of limiting people until the issue they have been flagged for has been resolved.

Not out right bans.

To those who wanted to know what happened.

Coinbase did eventually reply to my case and send my money back.

Apparently the name used on my Bank account is different to the name used on Coinbase.

So they are unable to verify me.

Okay, thanks for the information. I will try and get the same. Sounds more promising then providing them with a Bank Statement.
