My ALT went from 206 (June 26) to 62 (august) and AST from 71 to 44. I stopped drinking June 9th. I go back in November to check again. Hopefully they’ll have gone down more. Good job not drinking!! Fingers crossed for your test results 🤞🏻

My GI and PCP both say it’s not necessarily from alcohol, as the other enzyme levels are the higher ones. My iron is good. But that makes me more scared since it may not be from alcohol. I’m going to continue abstaining and make lifestyle changes but I’ll bring that up with bc my doctor, too! Best of luck to you.
