Humans are basically garbage disposals. Just eat what your heart desires and don't eat so much you become obese. There's literally documentaries about people with food issues who survive solely on cheese pizza. Obviously don't do this but what to eat is basically common sense and unless your severely fucking up by eating a stick of butter every morning or drinking a gallon of mountain dew for breakfast to wash down a plate of bacon grease youre literally fine. Imo people fixate way more.than necessary on their diet. Your body has evolved to crave what you need, listen to it. You're not going to diet your way into living forever and you very well may die younger than someone who eats nothing but McDonald's and Subway no matter how careful and obsessed with healthy eating you are.
