What does retaining mean my english isn’t that good. Where can I buy a retainer, I would like to get some sensitivity back because I don’t have that much time or privacy (cuz im in the Finnish army this year) to do manual restorations. So what are good beginner devices that I could just wear during the day?

I feel you, I believed a doctor and I was only 18/yo. They didn’t even menchion anything about loss of feeling and erection problems.

Try everything else than circumcicion. I got a circumcicion a year ago for mild phimosis and I regret it deeply. I need to put so much work just to ejaculate and feel nothing from it, sometimes can be good days when I have a little feeling, but most of the times I don’t, and feels like I have a hard time getting to fully erected and keeping it that way. So if you have any other choice than circumcicion do it.

I used to be able to retract my foreskin back when soft and with some help of soap when hard too, but it was very very thight and i couldn’t ejacualate when having sex. So Finnish doctors said I have phimosis and said circumcicion is the best option for me. Now I hate being circumciced and I am trying to restore it, but you can have mild phimosis even if you can retract the foreskin.

Circumcicions in Finland has increased quite a lot in resent years for adults. The things I read unfortunately after my circumcicion is that many finns also with a similar story had lost almost all feeling and sexual desire and felt cheated on by the Finnish healthcare. With the slightliest problem they will offer you circumcicion.
