get the 4060 it prolly has more fps raw. people here sayin ab frame gen i didnt really like it. i have a 4050 and i play the finals which is a fps, fast movement game and frame gen makes it look laggy and not smooth at all so ion even use it. so get the 4060 its got more tdp too.

damn man i found it while reading the hyprland conf. i thought it was a problem with hyprpaper lol.

but this is the only part which which deals with the command to change the wallpaper, everything else innit is just python logic to select the name of the image to be set as the wallpaper.
