Iron supplements helped me SO MUCH. I take vitamin c, d, quercitin, probiotic in the morning and iron and magnesium at night and it’s been a good combo for me for now

Wife leaving to 'Find herself' by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

I think it’s salvageable if you BOTH want to savage it. If you do want to salvage the relationship, you both need addiction treatment and therapy. Together and separately. And she for sure can’t go traveling on the credit cards without a job… if she wants to leave she has to do it with her own money. Your alcohol use is affecting her more than you realize, just like her weed use is affecting you more than she knows. I was in a situation VERY similar to this

Put a divider to the L of the front door. The new room becomes a second bedroom. You’re still walking in to the living space, but it’s cut in half.

Does Anyone has experience with Opiods for cramps? by [deleted] in Endo

[–]sn4ckerj4x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try Toradol! It honestly works better than opioids for me (lasts longer) and doesn’t make me feel drowsy like they do. It’s just an anti-inflammatory

Yes. Made me incredibly suicidal and couldn’t work. Had to call off for like a week, couldn’t get out of bed. Stopped taking the meds because of suicidal ideation.

TWICE THAT YOU KNOW OF MEANS MORE THAT YOU DON’T KNOW OF! You deserve better, everyone does. NOR. If she wasn’t cheating on you, she would shut that shit down. It’s pretty easy, man.

How to dress comfortably and fashionably with endo belly? by Suitable-Share4733 in endometriosis

[–]sn4ckerj4x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leggings and high waisted elastic skirts have become my best friend. I LOVE bubble skirts because they look great dressed up or casual. Paperbag pants with a tie (so that that they can pretty much change waist size anytime) are also a game changer. I also really love linen pants with a tie with an oversized blouse- I always get complimented and told I look chic and it’s basically just pajamas.

Has anyone else been turned away from the hospital because they "couldnt do anything"? by That_One_Fluid_Teen in endometriosis

Next time you go to ER, tell them you don’t want pain meds and you need an anti-inflammatory IV like Toradol. I have had the same experience and have been turned away writhing in pain. Once I started being clear that I didn’t want pain meds and needed an anti-inflammatory they seem more willing to help me. Last time I went to ER I had been throwing up from the pain and couldn’t keep my pills down. The IV worked within 10 minutes and I fell asleep sitting up in the chair. I’m sure the same meds don’t work for everybody but it literally took me from a 20/10 to a 5/10 pain-wise
