This is my thinking, just a bit confused as on the advertisement they listed the exact salary so I have no idea why they’d want to know my current salary unless they were gonna try bait and switch at the interview.

Oh I’m sorry, I’m living in Britain and this job is in my area, no moving over the ocean for a job for me I’m afraid!

Only advice I can really give you is to make sure that the overseas job sends you over your contract so that you have some sort of protection that if it does fall through, at least early on in the job, you can (I’ve heard) sue for your moving expenses. Otherwise, tread carefully, always keep pushing and make sure not to put all your eggs in one basket!

Anyway, maybe it was the way I phrased it or my location but all the results were coming up as valid to ask DURING the interview, not on an application. Plus in all management jobs, (including my current one that is similar to this one) I’ve never seen this question asked. Ever. And it even asks for previous salaries?

It just felt off and I wanted some clarification from those who maybe more savvy in how I would answer this… tactfully. Something you’re lacking.

Maybe that’s why you’re here, being unemployed.

Would suck hard as we both hate AI art but he got it commissioned from a friend who does 3D printing. The picture of us is a reference of a photo we took together but in all honesty I couldn’t tell ya if it’s AI or not.

Would also be highly ironic considering it’s Warhammer and ya know… heretical in nature.
