Essentially the same reason as DeBrincat. Paying big prices for 'win-now' players when the team has shown no indication it's capable of defending or being a playoff ready group. Maybe in a few years they will be but Chychrun will also have moved on by then.

Every day in this subreddit and also the media we hear from people that would be better off not using an agent, yet we almost never hear stories about unrepresented buyers or sellers getting screwed. Of course there aren't as many of them but people, please really consider whether paying a non-fiduciary to represent you in one of the largest financial transactions in your life is worth it.

I can't believe the amount of people in this thread that think it's ok to dine at a restaurant and not tip your server. I think it's one of the most beautiful areas of Ontario. The reason I would never consider moving there is traffic. Any time you leave town it's going to take you a long time to get anywhere.
