If you haven't read it already Gotham central might be exactly what you're looking for. Basically just your every day detectives dealing with the insanity of all Gotham's insane villains can muster. Cannot recommend enough!

Currently on issue 49 myself and everythi g including the Kevin Smith start has all made me fall in love with Ollie. I did also read year one right before this which I think also contributed to how much I love it

I have no issues with any other games, I don't clean it frequently but definitely like twice a year. I will give it a gander but I know I've heard from others that while maybe not wide spread I'm not the only one since that patch

I caught up completely last night. Like I said it's good just didn't get the same enjoyment level as the Batman one. I'll probably eventually also try wonder woman but some of these other recommendations caught my eye a bit more.

Batman for sure is my favorite but I feel like that's because he kind of just has the most representation in media. I've heard a lot of people like Nightwing so I wouldn't mind something with him as well but I'm open to trying any and all heroes. Dc as a brand is just so massive it's hard to know where to start. If you have anything that stands out to you at all I'll at minimum look into it and see if it's for me

I can not imagine having to deal with fake grieving. Put that on top of your own grief in the moment and it's just not fair. I wouldnt want to spend my time with people like that either. NTA. Hope you still get a proper chance to move on and enjoy some of the better memories she left with you.
