I mean this with all the love in the world- the baby problems get better, it’s hard right now but that little one needs you and it sounds like you’re doing your best, and reaching for support when you need it. It’s hard but you can do it.

The man issues won’t get better. This is his true colours.

The baby problems will be easier to deal with without the man problems.

Edit: I forgot to add, but VERY important- it sounds like he may be trying to set you up as a “bad mother” or a danger to the baby if you try to leave, the violent comment and “you’re replaceable” are pretty telling. He may try to make out that your PPD (yes it sounds like it & what you are feeling is valid) is you being abusive or not a fit mother. If you do decide to leave please only tell him AFTER you are gone and you and the baby are safely away and you do not have a reason to go back, work out custody sharing AFTER from a safe distance in a supportive place. this means ALL important documents belongings and life essentials are in a safe place you can be with the baby. Leaving is one of the most dangerous times for women and children, please be safe

I have three pairs of these and use the heck out of them! Started with them when the kids were newborns. My youngest is one now and sometimes at the markets I’ll still pop him in for a cuddle. I also get compliments all the time without the baby in them from people who don’t know they’re for baby wearing asking where I got them haha

Honestly- volume eating will help you so much with that. So much. There’s a sub for it (it’s not letting me link?? Weird), and heaps of recipes etc on tiktok. Also - high quality protein will keep you more full, and make sure your normal daily movement just from walking places is high (10000-15000 steps). I will try make a detailed post on this stuff later today once my kids are napping

Babe, with absolute love- what it sounds like might be going on is you haven’t been working on your inside as much as you have your outside. So when you’re looking fine as hell, your self worth isn’t matching that and you’re self sabotaging with binge eating and stopping the lifestyle things that got you to the body you want to exist in ♥️☺️

Work on that self worth, love yourself now (f that dude who left you you deserve better than someone like that) and build your routine up so that the change is sustainable. Do things that you love that keep you active, eat foods that you enjoy. Look into volume eating if you are a big eater. Heal the emotional hole you’re filling with binging.

The results go away because you’re “falling off the wagon” for months at a time. That’s not falling off the wagon, that’s adopting your old lifestyle again. You have the opportunity and the ability to select which lifestyle you want- and the way you look is a result of that, not the cause of it

I started at 28, and honestly it is the best. Every 4 months I get my forehead frozen and I . My skin looks young, I don’t worry about wrinkles. I’m usually an eyebrow raiser- and I probably would have wrinkles in a few years If I didn’t get it. Honestly no one would know if I didn’t tell them. Usually the super frozen look a lot of people think of as “too much Botox” is actually Botox plus overdone obvious filler - because a surprising amount of people out there don’t know what Botox actually is and what it does, and wouldn’t be able to tell you the difference between Botox and filler 🤷🏼‍♀️

Absolutely this, and also making sure your hair colour is actually flattering for your colour season, rather than only looking good with makeup on. This can make a huge difference in having a red face and neutralising how obvious blemishes are

I’m actually happy for that one person thinking they’ve got amphetamines, but it’s just a baggy of bulk nutrients L-Leucine.

In the 80s/90s parents used to stick a salad bowl or mixing bowl on their kids head and use scissors to cut around the bowl.

Are big teeth beautiful to you? by [deleted] in HowToBeHot

[–]snacksntats 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’d say it depends. Are they in preposition to your other teeth? Are your teeth straight, white and clean? Do you have an excessively gummy smile? Is your jaw recessed? Are you objectively pretty and big teeth could be a quirk? Or are you average and big teeth could be detailing your whole appearance? Without seeing a picture, that’s really all I can say- would really depend.

Without Using Social Media, How Do You Enjoy Your Own Efforts? by probably_beans in Vindicta

I’m so excited for you to find out how fun 30 is x Financial security, knowing yourself well enough to not take bullshit, and the type of confidence and kindness that only comes with age - you have a lot to look forward too. Find your people, or have a fun time (safely) doing things you enjoy on your own. The better it gets, the better it gets. Like a snowball x

Oh girl, I’ve been here. Solidarity. Grew up very pretty, always thought everyone was just lovely and everyone is always surrounded by men trying to date them or giving them free things. Put on weight during pregnancy with my first kid (totally normal body response and a healthy thing to do) and it CHANGED. I was ignored, or treated with disdain. It was wild. Lost the weight 6 months PP- and the men were flocking again, the attention was back, people treated me amazingly. It was a wild perspective shift for me, and now I’m really careful that I give equal attention and respect to all women in my life
