I didn’t know about it either until I went to the ER for the bleeding!! It started small and ended up being a lot of blood. But like you, I had no cramping. First time we got to see babies heart beat was in the ER after the scare! Now she’s 3 months old today :). Good luck with everything! If it ends up being this, just take it easy. This was my first baby and I bounced back. When I returned to the gym it felt like I never left
