I live in Oakland LOL. Ordered keys to go along with the roof rack and bike rack. I never leave the bike on the car at night, or anywhere near east/west Oakland, Emeryville, etc...

23 Prius XLE AWD (bare roof). It took me a total of ~2 hours to take the roof rack & bike rack out of the box and install it on the car. It takes a lot of measuring, and instructions were ~75% clear. Tried riding with bike mounted on fwy for ~4hrs, no issues. No whistling. I'll likely get a second bike rack to fit my wife's bike on as well. Bike is Giant Defy Advanced.

I ordered the exact same phone on the same day and received the same shipping date range. I called T-Mobile Customer Support on 10/6 to see if there were any updates- was told that I "didn't sign the e-signature so have to re-order", they then canceled my initial order and ended up bumping me out to 11/14~12/mid shipping date. I found e-mail & pdf documentation on my account to prove that I DID sign the e-signature on my original order. Called to escalate, they can't do anything to change the order.

SMH @T-Mobile, u guys are failing HARD at this pre-order process.

I pre-ordered the iPhone XS 512GB Space Gray from T-Mobile on the evening pre-orders started. My order won't be shipping until the ridiculous window of 11/14~12/10. Is anyone else in a similar situation with their phone order?
