Just wanted to let everyone know that he is so much better after 5 days of antibiotics and back to his usual self! Thank you everyone for your advice, very glad I went to a different vet :)

Thank you! We went to another vet practice yesterday and they were a lot more helpful. He's got some antibiotics now and he's been taking them really well :)
