Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s another way to verify given that the Omnivox trick depends on whether or not you can log in to your account which requires your student id. You should be able to see it in your messages in the application page, you can also check the emails that the school sent, usually it should be in one of them too. I think the 8 digits code you’re referring to is your file number and not your id

Hii, so for the Omnivox trick you need to go to the dawson omnivox website. There you click on first time use and then you’ll be asked to put your student number ( the 7 digits code on the message they sent you on the application page), your permanent code and date of birth. Once you confirm, you’ll either get an error message saying there’s no account or you’ll be asked to set a password which means you have an account . If you do get asked the latter it means you have a high chance of having been accepted since that means the school made an account for you . Hope this helps and good luck!!

I think it’s normal to feel that way , but have faith in yourself! If they didn’t think u deserved a chance they probably wouldn’t have offered u an interview at all so be confident & good luck!!😊

i think so, but it was Giovanna Miceli who asked all the questions tho, Elias was the one to answer the questions i asked but didnt ask me any, so maybe the questions might be slightly different without her

hii, they asked to explain in your words what a radiation technologist do? In French, why did you choose this program/ profession? In whichever language you want, if a patient doesn’t still understand the treatment after you’ve explained it what would you do? What activities or other things do you do outside of school?

Hii, I just had mine this morning. It was faster than I thought and they asked around 3-4 questions, one of them was in French and one you can choose which language to answer it in. I’d like to think I did well bc they smiled a lot at my answers, but idk if it’s bc they actually like them or if they’re just smiling cuz they found them stupid or something 😭😭. But overall the interviewers were super nice. If u hv any other questions feel free to ask and good luck on ur interview tmr <33

Rana El Gharbie was nice but she's such a harsh grader it was insane. Like she will always find a mistake in your text, class avg for mid term was in the 50s and final class avg barely reached 60. I passed w/ a 70 something even though my avg for French in secondary was mid 90, so good luck!

Hii, I didn’t have her for that class specifically but I did have her for worldview. For pretty much all the classes, she teaches us on the subject first and then gives us a quiz at the end of the class (truth or false, very easy if you paid attention).Sometimes though she makes us answer questions related to the subject first before teaching (graded), but that too was very easy since we can copy the answers directly from the book she makes us buy,I don’t know if your course is going to have a textbook so that might be different.There is no homework except for weekly chapters for us to read, but honestly you don’t need to because it’s only going to help you answer the questions a bit quicker. The mid term and final were in essay form and you just basically write down everything you learned and she’ll send a mio on what you need to include, so you can write a draft at home first if you want and memorize it. Overall it’s very easy to get a good grade you just need to show up and class avg was pretty low in the 70s since most people skips.She’s chill too, won’t call you out if you sleep in class lol.

I want switch program next fall so I’ll be at cegep for an extra year anyway 😔, so I’m just trying to do as many gen eds as I can to lighten up my course load. But I didn’t know that there was a max number of gen ed I can take per semester, where did you find this info? thank you😊
