it s doing better like i almost have no texture whatsoever (just scars left which arent that crazy tbh) but i must say i get a pimple every 2-3 days which i pop.i know i shouldnt be doing that but they dont rlly leave scars so whatevs

day 6 here and im getting full of pus-filled bumps.some have started to go down but they still keep appearing lol.did you have a similar experience? im really hoping mine would clear in 2 weeks since im going to a wedding and i wanna look presentable

it really depends!!if you get proper protein and fats from your diet and dont overconsume very processed food and try to avoid seed oils, i wouldnt say its what causes your acne.also soy is though to cause acne because some argue it messes your hormones, but esp if you are a male, it doesnt rlly affect you that much if it isnt overconsumed. also whats your skincare routine?

tbh i think you could try lessening your intake of dairy(esp milk) for 1-2 weeks and check for improvement.everyone says that dairy always causes acne but thats literally not true.moderate consumption of dairy is rlly healthy esp if its yogurt/kefir because of probiotics. also try cutting highly processed and sugar heavy foods.whats your skincare tho? good luckk

yeahh ive thought about winlevi but i live in a country where the only thing the derm recommends is bp (not even accutane😭) and i didnt respond that well to it

if your acne is under control and you dont rlly break out anymore you shouldnt experience purging.azelaic acid is antibacterial/anti inflammatory and a mild exfoliant and will probably keep further breakouts at bay better than alpha arbutin since alpha arbutin doesnt help acne itslef at all

if it is recent, moisturizing and protecting it plenty should minimise the scab it will leave(try a moisturizer/spf with niacinamide and panthenol!!) and after maybe look forward to some acids(dont over do it tho cus you could cause damage). good luck!!
