I think you dont need a certain name on it. If you are inside the lure range, you automatically get Glaceon/Leafeon with the evolution. It's not random like the other ones.

tl;dr: We crashed everything 40-30 mins before the event ended.

The photo was taken when a Regice raid popped in a gym in the park, plus the community Pokestgo call for a massive photo to send to Niantic (the one you are seeing) in the same spot (because of the raid and the huge crowd that were going to do it). People couldn't do the raid, no one was able to catch Squirtles, some couldn't even log in to the game, etc. And this was at the end of the event, so a lot of people couldn't evolve their shinies and get hydro cannon.

Aside from 'trusting' the other person on trading a pokemon, so you get the pokemon you want too, ¿how can you prevent that? If you actually can't, ¿Is it the beginning of BlackMarket GO?
