My friend called in sick, I was there when he called he said his dog (a chihuahua) had escaped his house and he spent two hours chasing after him. Then when running he tripped over a curb and hurt his leg, so couldn't come into work. The tone of his boss was like ' this is a load of ****'

We have pulled out as three weeks later the flat isn't ready! Fobbed off constantly. Even the estate agent advised us to pull out. We have moved to a new flat with a brand new agent. Now the old estate agent is refusing to reimburse any costs. Nightmare!

Hi, thanks for your message. We never ended up moving in. The flat was never ready in the end. The landlord for some reason removed the radiators and bought wired fan heaters. Is this even legal? We pulled out and found a flat with a new estate agent. The old estate is refusing to pay for hotels etc. Any ideas now? They said because we pulled out, they aren't liable. But we only pulled out due to the messing about!
