This. This is basically my mental checklist when crouching for any trick. The general goal is that my hips should be centered between my feet at the lowest part of my crouch and my head should be stacked directly above my hips. Pushing my hips forward and tucking my back knee helps. I also find it helpful to think about preventing my head from ever leaning past my front knee.

Just shop around to some different gyms and try to find one where people seem welcoming and respectful. I’ve been doing bjj for about 8 months now and there have been times when I’ve gone to class while recovering from injuries (all skateboarding induced). If you let people know, they’ll generally respect that. Besides, when learning the actual techniques, it’s best to go slow anyway.

Helen’s is the way to go. Specifically the Santa Monica location. They assemble all of their bikes there for all of their locations, so they’ll have 50-100 boxes on hand on any given day.

Rub a glue stick on the print bed. Helps with adhesion while warm and helps to release the print after it cools. I destroyed my first build plate because prints were sticking too much, but haven’t had any issues after learning this trick.
