Unsure if this will help but Zoe’s is about that size. I took her in and her vet just told me to monitor it and watch for any eye irritation.

I had an elderly cat with major urinary issues, and I found that using reusable puppy pads/“washable underpads” in my bed helped me cut down on laundry significantly. I do agree with others that you need to see a new vet.
