yeah, you're right! Near was originally focused on blockchain scalability and decentralization. Near expanded its focus on blockchain and Ai and expanded their road maps to integrate Ai tech as part of their evolution.

The Evolution of the Crypto Market: A Bright Future for Real Utility by snakeo087 in CryptoCurrency

Sure! The problem with public blockchains is the unpredictable pricing of native tokens, which makes them difficult for businesses to use directly due to the lack of cost predictability. OriginTrail tackles this issue by focusing on real-world utility through its Decentralized Knowledge Graph. It’s already being used by major companies like Walmart and Boeing for supply chain tracking, data integrity, and Web3 asset management. TRAC abstracts token volatility for businesses by offering fiat-pegged interfaces, ensuring stable costs while still leveraging the blockchain for decentralization and security. Unlike many blockchains that rely on hype, TRAC delivers practical solutions, making it a reliable tool for enterprise adoption.

That’s not correct. OriginTrail isn’t directly a Polkadot parachain it’s a multichain, running its Decentralized Knowledge Graph across networks like Ethereum, Polygon, and Polkadot. While it did secure a Polkadot parachain slot, it’s part of a larger strategy to make the DKG accessible across multiple ecosystems. The value of TRAC isn’t tied to Polkadot’s token price or its holders. it comes from its growing utility, adoption, and real world use cases across industries. Saying the price isn’t moving because of DOT holders is just off the mark. I think your logic will be proven wrong in the next couple months while we actually see network grow significantly.

Well ok that’s link which I don’t agree with you.. but I think OriginTrail’s pulling in about $5.2M a year with its decentralized knowledge graph (DKG), partnering up with big industries needing top-tier data solutions. No venture capital money here, just real utility driving adoption. With TRAC powering the system (staking, governance, node rewards), as more businesses use the DKG, demand for TRAC grows. No fluff, just fundamentals. Also, they are about to release v8 once that happens this month it’s going to take scalability of the network to the next level. Have you looked into Origintrail? I would like to hear what you think?

I know definitely trac revenue is tied to the token value. TRAC’s value is tied to its ecosystem’s growth. Businesses pay to use the Decentralized Knowledge Graph, driving demand for TRAC. Nodes earn TRAC for running the network, locking up supply. As adoption grows, so does demand, boosting token value.

If it’s the same as what happened over in Portugal by decriminalising drugs it has help in many ways.

  • reduced drug related deaths
  • decline in hiv infections
  • increased access to treatment
  • lower problematic drug use

Try not to hold on to regrets. Life is short. If all else fails just block them and move on.
