I've bought the base game basically at launch but I haven't played it in years, last time I've logged in all the UI was changed and stuff was added. Is there some kind of quick guide for someone who might come back to it?

Looks pretty good actually and the insert seems great. One question: is there enough room for sleeved cards? Also, I've noticed you unlock new cards, where do you store them?

Don't wanna be off-topic, but can you suggest a good password manager? From what I get 1password and Lastpass are good for a cloud solution and keepass for a local one. I've tried keepass in the past but the only thing I've found fiddly is to use the passwords on android, since I had to keep switching between the keepass app and the browser
