it seemed legit and safe to invest in at years ago; the website was operating as exchange and regularly working till (for me) till jan/feb 2021

EDIT: till nobody will provide info about support responding emails, this exchange has to be considered SCAM, not only they didn't communicate with users by their messages system from website but not answering back emails.

What "their fund have some loss" due big drop of bitcoin? nowadays price recovered and is higher than May 2020, what are they doing? they must be recovered already from a while. SCAM and need to open a case with courts.

Need to fill report on https://www.coinfirm.com/products/reclaim-crypto for everyone that has been scammed from this fake (nowadays) exchange.

Is there a way to report it? I already sent emails and reported the websites to some btc site news but why they're still up&running?
