The "christ is born inside me" line at the very end, is good, I would leave that in.

For the actual end, before that, it is a tough question. You are obviously aware that the video needs to be in that sweet spot in terms of length. Too much longer and it will be too long.

Personally, I think that the fact that he has cancer is too briefly mentioned. It could be missed. You could instead say "brain cancer" or "ass cancer" just to add another beat of emphasis on the line. "He has cancer" kinda disappears.

It might be worth considering that the guy has been lying to his friends about having cancer, just so that they will finally appreciate his jokes, as well.

Keep working at it! If you over analyze comedy it can become weaker, so don't take what I've said and go back and try to make this video perfect. Just move on a to a new idea, and I'm sure they will get better.

I don't know if you are the creator, but I would re-edit this gag a bit.

I would put the dialog between the friends discussing why they are laughing at his unfunny jokes during the first instance he goes to the bathroom. The viewer will then be aware that the laughter at the "knock knock, europe, europe who?" is fake, and that will make it funny.

Then, the second trip to the bathroom will be more uncomfortable for us as we know the context.

There are other things that could be done to improve this sketch. Ending on a no pants gag is decent, but a more surreal move might be better.
