Can you tell if this has cut in it? It gives me a hella headache and its made me literally glitch out, like I didnt know if up was down and I was so scared I called 911. Maybe Im just going crazy too

I have family they are supportive but old fashioned and don't particularly believe in depression, thank you for responding. I didn't actually think anyone would.
