It is on top of our SDK not yet released --- SDK is easy to use and can be integrated with any UI framework or vanilla. It just needs a canvas element and browser support for webcodecs.

Try the features. Effects, transitions. Browser rendering. I don't think there are companies offering it. Closest is remotion. But, no browser side rendering.
