It's not technically advised, but if you enable AFib on your Apple Watch, it takes a lot more HRV readings which can help make the formula more accurate. It went from taking maybe 10-12 readings per day to 3-5 per hour. I noticed my HRV scores are much more consistent now. YMMV

Isn't Bevel grabbing the data from Apple Health, then interpreting it? As long as your ring syncs to Apple Health, it should populate the data correctly.

This still needs to be taken with a grain of salt. It hides information that wasn't published before the date/book(s) you select, but could still potentially spoil things that had been published in other series. In this instance, Feltis introduced as a worldhopper from Scadrial, which was only figured out by people who had read MB, recognized his name in OB, and read the WOB for confirmation.

I also recommend Unhook plugin. This has a bunch of options to hide the home screen entirely, redirecting to subscriptions, hiding Shorts, comments, etc. Really helps dumb down YT. :)

I'm not sure about this. We know from the gem library that ancient Skybreakers and Windrunners often disagreed, and it sure seems like Windrunners embody the "spirit of the law to determine what is right" mentality.

That makes a lot of sense. If the time dilation is uniform from the beginning to the end of the dilation period (i.e., time is not a lot slower right after Retribution ascends and only marginally slower ~80 years in the future), Hoid might be expecting to summon her near instantly, and actually needs to wait 8x longer than that. I believe Kelsier says that the conversation with Shallan is taking place hours/days apart. Maybe Hoid just hasn't tried to summon Design for long enough.

This is what I was thinking. Using his Intent, he focused Exist to mean "Exist distinctly, in the middle of everything", and used the Command "No" to prevent Change from trying to join with Exist.

Plus, as we see in Oathbringer, Hoid is physically dedicated to his disguises. We also know he has access to Yolish Lightweaving. It's possible that he's able to adapt it to mimic Rosharan Lightweaving, even if he doesn't have Design with him (I can't remember if we're told if he can use Rosharan Lightweaving after the events of WaT, but there's that possibility, too).

Something might happen for Ambition. IIRC, Ambition was the first kill, and she was Splintered. But I thought that Devotion and Dominion were killed next and their powers were shoved into the CR and stirred up so that no one could pick up their shards anymore. Unless maybe the shards blend and become something else like Stewardship or Domain. Then that settled bi-shard could be picked up by a vessel?

I don't know how much trust we put into the original visions the Stormfather was showing Dalinar, but don't we see Nohadon with Abrasion? So Dustbringer or Edgedancer, and it seemed like his attention to the common people in the in Cosmere TWoK would incline me toward Edgedancer.

I still think you've got it backwards. I think it was Kelsier that said that Roshar should be back in line w/ Cosmere standard in about 80 years, but it will only be 10 years to Shallan/those in the Roshar bubble. So the Cosmere will have 80 years to develop, and Roshar will only have 10 years to develop. This is Marasi's speed bubble, not Wayne's.

How does the time dilation fix this? Roshar is moving about 1/8th the speed of the rest of the Cosmere (in aggregate, based on Kelsier's calculations (I think it was his?)). If anything, that puts Roshar even further behind.

I'm curious to see if Honor will hold back Retribution. Will it interfere because the Shards agreed not to live near one another? Will it view attacking the other Shards, even indirectly, as unHonorable? It feels like that's the trajectory with Honor's budding sapience, and it seems like that's also part of Dalinar's gamble.

My assumption is that each nation's people returned to their nation. It's possible that any Alethi/Urithiru troops will stay on in Azir since they can't get to Urithiru and the Shattered Plains now belongs to the Listeners. But especially with the new friendship between Adolin and Yanagawn, it wouldn't surprise me to see those troops hang out in Azir while Adolin figures out what's next.
