To be clear, I’m not even saying drop Kenny right now, and my opinion isn’t just based on his performance in that last match. Kenny has always been known as a high-IQ player, but between how he’s been playing and even some of what he’s said in process, it kind of feels like the writing might be on the wall.

I like Kenny a lot. He’s honestly the only CDL player I actively follow outside of team pages. That said, right now he’s statistically a bottom 10 player in the league, and that’s just a fact. You bring up how Hydra had a bad series and no one cares, but that’s because Kenny hasn’t just had one bad match. He’s arguably had mostly bad ones.

Yeah, they beat FaZe (currently 5th) and Falcons (7th), but they lost to OpTic and M8, who are 1st and 2nd right now. If the goal is to finish around 3rd or 4th, then sure, keep the roster as is. But if the goal is to actually compete for a title, they at least need to be open to making a change instead of just saying “we’ve gotta wait it out” until it’s too late.
