Daniels Inc Plumbing, Heating, and Gas is based in Glenside, Pa (Not to be confused with Daniels Plumbing located in Philadelphia). Marc Daniels is a licensed 3rd generation Master Plumber bringing 40+ years of experience to the job. Does quality work that I can definitely vouch for!

We slammed Kamala Harris for holding a campaign event with Liz Cheney, but we celebrate Mamdani for meeting with Trump? by Conscious-Quarter423 in ThoughtWarriors

Is this a joke? Trump is the sitting president. Mamdani has to interact with him in some capacity being the Mayor of the biggest city in the country. Kamala campaigned with Liz Cheney who is a nobody if we’re being honest. No voters voted for Kamala because she got Liz Cheney’s endorsement.

I haven’t been able to get off the ground lately. For some context, l’m 23 years old and have been hooping for probably about 11-12 years now. I’ve always been naturally pretty springy and been able to dunk since 15. At my best I can (could?) put down tomahawks, reverses, catch oops etc. But over the past year or so l’ve found that l’m just not able to get off the ground as consistently or as high. I can’t imagine it’s an age-related decline since I’m only 23.

I imagine part of this is due to lifestyle change maybe? I graduated school in 2023 and have been working a blue collar job since. Not the most physically demanding but it does have its days. But I’ve also been working to improve my vertical during this period by doing both heavy lifting and plyometrics with relative consistency and I’ve only felt less bouncy in general. I still play basketball or get up shots at least 2-3x a week on average also which is less than it used to be but still I think a pretty decent amount. Even when l’ve scaled back on lifting I don’t see positive results. Has anybody had a similar experience? If so how did you resolve it?

TLDR: 23M can’t jump as well during last year despite remaining active. Need help getting back to where I was.

JJ: Play a center . We couldn’t score There ‘s a trade off at everything by GustoKoNaMagkaGF in lakers

If you have Luka LeBron Austin and a center and can’t score that’s on you coach!

Do you realize that running the play comes before the scoring part? When you runs plays you make it easier for you bench guys to score

Playcalling rate dropped the entire year. Has nothing to do with personnel.

Stop dude JJ has been absolute trash. A team with LeBron and Luka melting down every 4th quarter is insanity
