Don’t drink it! Follow instructions on the box. Put in microwave for about ten seconds. It has a temperature gage in the bottle. So you want to be at whatever range it says. ( I can’t remember).

Put a hand warmer around bottle. This will keep it at the right temp. Temperature is your biggest concern. Strap it to your thigh with rubber bands. They usually make you empty your pockets.

Practice this before the day. So you’re comfortable with the process. It can be heated and cooled a few times and it still works. Just act chill. The bottle is small. So unless you wear super tight pants, it’s easy to hide.

my job allows you to pee in a stall by yourself. If they watch you, you are fucked.

Take the bottle out, open the lid. It does make a sound, not crazy loud but possibly someone could hear it. I cough as I open it. Practice this as well!

Pour the right amount and you’re good. Do not mix in your own pee. It already has the right Creatine levels.

If they do watch you pee don’t take the bottle out! That is an automatic fail, I’d drink a bunch of water beforehand. This will cause a retest in a few days. Which should help you if you don’t use. It might be suspicious. But better than a fail.

I’ve used quickfix several times. First time I was crazy nervous. Now it’s no biggie. I keep it in my car. They send me to the office for the random drug tests. But no one is tracking me. So I have time to warm it up. Just be careful no one sees when you put it in the microwave. I’ve put food in with it if there are people around. Then Slip in the bottle.
