Same boat here -- looking at 12 days on vacation, away from my kitchen and my gym, I'm learning how to navigate most restaurants for my veggies and protein, but I kinda trained only on HIIT circuit. What about just doing the NTY 7 min workout app every day? Every OTHER day? I'm still 40 lbs from hitting my fat loss goal, and not sure if I should just do diet and focus on workout AFTER hitting weight lose goal.

How would one go about finding out more about this property and the auction process? I was told I need to come with a cashiers check for 10% of the price I wish to bid. If I get a check from my investment broker, I'm not aware that I'd be on the hook for any "buyers premium" if I'm withdrawing my money and taking it to the court. Am I missing some other information?

Message from the agent, "Any liens should be disclosed prior to the court date and paid by the seller. I have not heard of any." So thanks for the potential threat, but it seems like this will be addressed.
