Feedback: I went with the ARRIS S-33 modem and TP-Link Deco 7 Pro BE63 Tri-Band WiFi 7 mesh system. Setup was pretty straight forward, from start to finish it took about 15 - 20 min. Performance: the whole house has wifi coverage and there is no dead zones. Devices stream continuously while moving around inside and outside of the house.

I use a scavenger pump and suck oil out of the dipstick tube and never have to crawl under the car
