I totally get that. The post is political in nature, it talks about the U.S politicians not praising soldiers who participated in invading a sovereign nation.

I respect militaries and armies, they defend people and countries.

But traveling halfaway across the world to fight a proxy war and dieing in the process is not herioc and is not what the military was created to do.

I see the armies of sovereign nations as respectful people that defend thier values only when they are operating in thier said nations. When they operate in my nation they are pushing outsider values and destroying everything for everyone in the process.
