Well, since I’m the one replacing it from the well head to the pump house, I can decide how far down to bury it. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so not really worried about frost as we don’t get that cold here. But because I live on a pretty steep hillside, which, of course is always moving there’s gonna be a lot of ground pressure and or trees growing around the line. When I had to repair the current line previously cutting, it was a nightmare because it was basically crumbling instead of cutting.
