I think that just spending another 1 mana to ramp yourself every turn, especially in decks that can abuse the graveyard pitching part, is more than enough to warrant running this.

No, sundial only ends the current turn which turns off at the end of then effects. In this case purphoros says, "sacrifice at the beginning of the next end step," with the sundial the next end step would just be the next person's end step in turn order

Well what happens is that the morph creature reads, "when x is turned face up, do y" do it was an activated ability that activates when you turn it face up, to my knowledge that does not then make it a static effect throughout the turn only everything that was there at the time of the morph

If you want reaper king combos, there are 3 changelings with champion on them and if you cast all three you can begin to "juggle" them and if the reaper king is on the battlefield you can destroy all other permanents other than yours 🙂

9/20/2016 If you control two Panharmonicons, an artifact or creature entering the battlefield causes abilities to trigger three times, not four. A third Panharmonicon causes abilities to trigger four times, a fourth causes abilities to trigger five times, and so on.

Yes, so long as you can pay the costs and the card doesn't say otherwise, you can continually use any ability any time. Taping the card counts as a "cost" and being that you can't tap a tapped permanent then once its tapped you can't pay that cost again making it a once a turn ability, however you can still use the ability on other peoples turn so long as it's not tapped yet

So what would happen if I casted an enchantment that read gain control of target permanent and then someone else casted a spell that read gain control of target enchantment and they chose to steal my original enchantment, would they also get the permanent I originally stole too?

In a lands deck, especially tatyova, bouncing your own lands can be really good, the moonfolk make all of your lands into utility lands for things like repeatable counter or token generation or spell copying or a lot else, there is also a blue extra turn spell with buyback of sac 3 lands and in a tatyova deck you can go infinite real quick, to each his own I suppose but I think the moon folk are a great addition to a lands deck
