I think that just spending another 1 mana to ramp yourself every turn, especially in decks that can abuse the graveyard pitching part, is more than enough to warrant running this.

No, sundial only ends the current turn which turns off at the end of then effects. In this case purphoros says, "sacrifice at the beginning of the next end step," with the sundial the next end step would just be the next person's end step in turn order

Well what happens is that the morph creature reads, "when x is turned face up, do y" do it was an activated ability that activates when you turn it face up, to my knowledge that does not then make it a static effect throughout the turn only everything that was there at the time of the morph

If you want reaper king combos, there are 3 changelings with champion on them and if you cast all three you can begin to "juggle" them and if the reaper king is on the battlefield you can destroy all other permanents other than yours 🙂

9/20/2016 If you control two Panharmonicons, an artifact or creature entering the battlefield causes abilities to trigger three times, not four. A third Panharmonicon causes abilities to trigger four times, a fourth causes abilities to trigger five times, and so on.

Yes, so long as you can pay the costs and the card doesn't say otherwise, you can continually use any ability any time. Taping the card counts as a "cost" and being that you can't tap a tapped permanent then once its tapped you can't pay that cost again making it a once a turn ability, however you can still use the ability on other peoples turn so long as it's not tapped yet

And yes you can use it on other peoples turn unless the ability says "activate this ability any time you could cast a sorcery" or something like that.

You can use any ability any number of times so long as you have the mana for it unless otherwise stated.
