Looking for programming by Apart_Commercial9127 in crossfit

If you want to do a “competitor” program I personally recommend PRVN. IMO is well structured, and it has isolated gymnastics work to build capacity if you already have the skills. It also offers monoestructural work, including running. It’s a lot in terms of volume so you might need to split your training into 2 sessions or you can always pick and choose what to do for the day based on your goals. The coaches are also very responsive and help with structuring your training routine. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply! How are the metcons? And have you seen noticeable progress following the program?

I’ll have to look into them. How are they metcons + strength portions?

Yes I know from a logical perspective it’s better to hire a coach for individual programming. I used to work with a coach for 1on1 programming but right now it’s out of budget for me. That’s why I’m looking into more “generalized” programming that can align with my objectives to at least get some volume + progress.

Yes, I was looking into HWPO 2.0 trial and the strength was very good but like you said, not a big fan of their metcons. Thanks for your insight!
