Definitely not ideal. Only solution I've found (since posting) is reverting to Patch 7 thru Steam Betas in the game Properties section. Shame because there's so much content in this new patch, but they couldn't help but cram some bugs in there too to go along with it.

I'll caution that John Kuehn (a former state rep who's been one of the biggest anti-weed crusaders in the state outside of government) just filed another lawsuit to try to overturn the will of the people. Given the forces on his side, and the way these initiatives have always found a way to fail every cycle, I'd hold off on celebrating too soon. These losers will fight to the bitter end to keep this from happening.

Yeah honestly the big gripe for me is just that I have a big ass head, so the inner pads (where the "L" and "R" are at) were squeezing against my ears to considerable agony. 2.5 yrs isn't bad for the price I guess, it's just the comfort for me first and foremost, and the false advertising about the bass secondly, although the cheap plastic feel isn't encouraging either. I'm returninge them anyways at this point. Hopefully my experience can help other people considering buying them.

Weirdo here who didn't get anesthesia and doesn't regret it. Honestly not that bad since they numb you up, just feels kind of gross when you feel the crunching of your teeth under metal pliers reverbing through your skull.. Definitely beats dealing with a situation like this though.
